  Current News 1218 Heights Blvd, the location of John’s new studio, has broken ground and is well under way. It is amazing sight to see! It should be completed in April of this year. You can view photos of the project here. In February, John and Taft will travel to London and Paris to visit fine art galleries. John is already represented by Northcote Gallery in London. In January, an article by John Palmer on “The Business Side of Art” was published in the Houston Business Journal. You can read the article on our Press Page. John has begun work on a new series called “Notable Biographies”. He has already completed Kinky Friedman’s piece and is now working on Joanne Herring and Bob Devlin’s pieces. A show in June will display the new work. In January, Jorge Olivares joined the John Palmer Team as the Studio Manager. Welcome to the family Jorge! John has completed a new series of Landscapes. They can be seen on the portfolio page under “Currently Available”. Plans for a group trip to Italy in 2009 have begun. Marilyn Lowe is overseeing the trip. John has begun work on his fourth book with collector and friend, Christopher Brown that combines psychology and art.
